Join us for a slow, soulful Sunday by the river as we Read by the River—an easygoing book social for all readers.
No schedules, no fees—just bring your favorite book (physical, e-reader, kindle, or headphones and audio book), a picnic blanket or camp chair, and enjoy a peaceful day reading on our scenic riverside grounds. Grab a coffee or cold drink from our restaurant, settle under a tree or by the water, grab a table on our river-front deck and get lost in the pages of your book.
What to Expect:

Is there seating? Yes – grab a table on our river front deck or bring your own blanket/chair to grab a spot on the river bank, under a tree or in the sun on our lawn.
- Only books? Physical books, e-readers & kindles, as well as audiobooks with headsets, are all welcome!

Do I have to be social? Not at all! Make the experience your own – read silently in your spot, or mingle with other chatty readers. It’s a choose-your-own-adventure type of story.
